Inspiration (and Honey Mushrooms)

mlerulesWords cannot express my appreciation of inspiration. Right now I'm feeling full of it. IT = Inspiration ;-P
Feeling like this: my mind's darting all over the place, stopping at this thought which leads to that which jumps to this which keeps me amused for approximately 30 seconds at which point I rush onto the next topic. I've found a new place to explore: Malheur Nat'l Forest, over in Eastern Oregon. At first my interest stemmed from a desire to stalk the wild Armillaria ostoyae (which resides there), but now I'd love to hike and camp there and do far more than just visit the world's largest organism.
I joined OMSI today. Had a fine time w/good local (!) people. Come some Tuesday (or Friday) in June/July, some of us'll head out for walkies amidst a 20 miles section of old growth forest somewhere not far from Salem.

delerium3!): Industrial Chemistry (fire! explosions!) in the OMSI Chemistry Lab from Tuesday, June 10 - Sunday, June 15, 2008. Yup, OMSI's got a hands-on wet-lab for the general public to experience chemistry and chemical processes. WHEE-YAH! Plus it's got reciprocity w/the Exploratorium in SF, the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, and 200+ more across the country (and beyond).
