Must get one soon. Have found some numbly-looking/sounding recipes to help use up the three (3) lbs of sour cream I came back with from the camping trip. Thinking the infamous dipping strawberries in sour cream & brown sugar won't use it all up. Many of these recipes require a Bundt pan. So I think I'll break down and get one. Am enamored of the ones that produce a flower-shaped cake (crythanthemum - however it's spellt - or rose or mebbe sunflower), but amn't sure if'n I'd be better off w/the classic ridged one, at least to start with. Sour-Cream Orange Cake...Cardamom Coffee Cake...mmmmm.
