Apparently I'm going to Seattle o'morrow (Wed) night so L can get her passport renewed bright 'n' early Th morning at the fed'd building downtown before traveling to points far and wide ('cause she can't get a ticket to K-stan w/out a passport 'n' visa which won't be renewed 'n' issued 'til she's got a ticket...classic Catch-22 situation, so hopefully showing a ticket to Canada will help w/the runaround/workaround/reach around, ditto explaining it in person versus a senseless automated telephone system). Anyway, she'll train back down to PDX afterwards and I don't need to be in Bellevue 'til 2pm (when I snag

lightfoote for a delightful w'end down in my neck o' the woods), so I'm free for lunch anywhere in that general vicinity if'n anybody's interested 'n' available.
