Just try to look at the white house press release that is linked off the MSNBC article. I.E. the complete description of the entire act.

The one that now reads:

yep, they pulled the description of the bill on the white house site. Killed it completely.

This is going to be fun. My first read on this was about 5 days ago, via an Iraqi website, that (twisted cat?) forwarded.

now it is hitting main stream.
