As a child I was always really disturbed by commercials with dancing singing food. I could never understand why anyone would want to eat those little "people". I still don't get it. But I'm really over sensitive about stuff like that. A few years ago there was a commercial for a weed killer where the two weeds were talking about how sad it was that the weeds were getting more and more scarce and then one died and the other was left there going "Bob? Bob?" Or "Uncle Joe" or whatever his name was in a horrified, grief stricken voice and it made me cry (I DO cry easily, but still). At least they changed all of those commercials so that the weeds were bad guys not just family hanging out together minding their own business. ;) I'm a dork.
