Yum...Prep for Tu

It's horrifically healthy, but tasty, too: organic toms & onions & garlic, 3-grain tempeh, chopped freshly harvested thyme & oregeno, newly ground pepper. And after a brief debate, I opened up a bottle o' red wine, splashed some into the sauce and some into a glass for moi meme. It's all simmering nicely now. Once it's done, it goes into the fridge 'til Tuesday when it becomes the base for lasagna, layered w/noodles and organic baby spinach and zukes and shrooms from the Farmer's Market this morning, plus mozzerella, riccotta, and a parmesan/romano mix. I love Tuesdays: good food, good friends, good moosic!
