V. Quickie Update - Long Day

Much loveliness once past Sacto, 'specially past Redding and up by Lake/Mt Shasta. GREENERGY abounds. Driving 600+ miles today w/AJ and the two (2) cats went astonishingly smoothly. They (the cats, not AJ) mostly curled up and slept either at the passenger's feet or on the pile o' boxes 'n' blankets 'n' jackets behind the driver's seat. O'morrow'll be a simple 375(ish) mile drive up to PDX. SO SLEEPY NOW.

EDIT: Thx a bunch to thesaruswrex for coming over and providing much-needed (and appreciated) moral support and physical assistance for the final pu(t)s(c)h yesterday.
