Oh, Yeah!

The landlord just stopped by w/the handyman to check on a last few things to take care of once I'm gone, 'cause he's sold the whole shebang (his house next door and the duplex in which I live) - his movers come o'morrow. He told me he's hired a service to come out and clean the place once I'm gone (next week) so I needn't bother. Huz-freakin'-zah!

There's still stuff to take care of: boxing up china & crystal, selling off what I'll get decent bucks for and storing the rest, getting rid of cleaning supplies (I'll start anew once I'm up yonder), ditto a mess of foodstuffs, pack up last minute items (wind chimes - oops, blinds, whatever else I notice 'tween now & Sun night), arrange to pass along couch & chair and l'il car.

Tonight: sunset & Wumpskate.
O'morrow: take care of stuff, D-land beckons.
Wed morn = fly up to PDX, grab a rental car, snag the keys to mi new casa, and spend the 1st night there.
Th morn = the movers arrive and unload my stuff.
Fri aft = fly back to SoCal.
Sat = take care o' stuff 'n' things, Au Revoir SoCal.
Sun = take care of last minute stuff 'n' things.
Mon = start driving the kittenheads Northward w/AJ.
Tu = arrive in PDX
Wed = start unpacking & settling into my new home.
Th = more of the same.
Fri = drive AJ to the airport to fly back to SoCal.

Off in a bit to watch the sun set into the Pacific once more...
