Will somebody please identify this greenery? It was a tasty dish which we enjoyed whilst feasting on dim sum at the Empress not long ago, but we're not quite sure what 'tis. Thx!

That would be Chinese broccoli. I know. It doesn't look like broccoli. But it is.
