The Universe Has Spoken & My Reply Is ACK!

I do this sometimes, I spend time worrying about something so when it happens I'll be better prepared for it. Well, one of those sonic booms just went off. The landlord came over to replace a window screen. We got to talking and he told me that he's rented the place next door for considerably over what I'm paying (60% more)...and that they've just listed the property for sale. I'm in shock. Water's ready for tea and oatcakes are available, so I'm going to try to mellow out as the enormity of what this might mean/will mean (but when) sinks in and lists and piles and possibilities and problems and annoyances fill my brain. Ack.

Nope. Didn't know 'til today. They just listed the property on Thursday (a week ago) and so far only one set of folks have called about it. The housing market's not as strong as it was a while back, which'll hopefully slow things down. I'll call you.
