Today = Yay-Day

The election's nearly over - and yes, of course I voted - so now my phone machine won't be filled daily with "Hi, I'm so-and-so..." msgs and my mailbox won't be stuffed daily w/Vote for/against Such-and-So. AND: I finally got 'round to talking to the H-wood Bowl folks 'bout why I've neither rec'd nor heard from 'em 'bout the tix I ordered on-line ONE (1) MONTH AGO TODAY. The order'd been shunted off to Dept 12 (handicapped accessibility issues) b'c one for (1) of the five (5) shows I'm getting tix for we need special consideration so we can get to our ats easily w/AJ using her walker. So, stuff's been in limbo for some unknown reason. Really though, I don't care, 'cause I got everything I ordered and it's going out in today's mail so I'm HAPPY & JOYOUS! Here's what we (delerium3 - the one w/the picnic backpack what rox heavily!) will go see at the H-wood Bowl this summer:

Fri, 7/7/06 @ 7pm: Bugs Bunny on Broadway!!! [cosette77 - do you and Jeff wanna come 'long? I've got 2 tix w/your names on 'em but can prolly find other takers if'n you don't wanna commit...no need to decide now though, it's a month off after all!]

You're not required to put your phone number on the voter registration form (though you'd never guess it from the way the form is written). If you switch political parties (even temporarily) you should successfully purge your phone number from the voter rolls.

Thx for the tip. I switch back and forth 'tween Demo and Decline to State fairly often anyway so I'll just do it again now and leave off the ph # and keep fingers crossed for next time 'round.

Hope you get to celebrate this eve/whenever polls close/votes're counted...

As of right now (absentee ballots counted) I've got 100% of the vote.

It's nice to be unopposed. :)

Still, there's always the write-in's to worry about. Guess you're not as good a worrier as some. ;-) (Good thing, too!) Good luck w/all the work (hoping the 'puters are cooperating somewhat better now).
