Roped In

So, despite my shy & retiring personality, or rather, the fact that I've NEVER done anything quite like this before, apparently I'll be playing a hobbit (Merry or Pippin) in a musical skit (what are they THINKING?!) for the Big Feast at this year's Middle-earth Fellowship/Festival thingiemabob, doing a l'il something from/based on something in "Fellowship! The Musical." My singing frightens people - and animals, so mebbe I'll just recite my lines whilst humming.

I can see you as a hobbit... if they use lots of forced perspective and wierd lenses and stuff. You could certainly do the characterization, of that I have no doubt... but to paraphrase Princess Leah, "Aren't you a little tall for a hobbit?"
