Snow Globes

mlerulesI'm taking this world, the oh-so-nice one I've created for myself down here, packing it up into a snowglobe...and looking and leaning into the abyss of Who Knows What's Next. I've been to the forest...I think I wanna return.

Oh, as a follow-up to the e-mail I sent to the guy: got a response this morning: he's married, so can't/won't do lunch. Still, I tried.

Off to LACMA in a bit, then to retrieve cars. Hoping to return pre-rush hour madness, e.g., leave by 3pm, so's I can start making progress on dealing w/the carp's that's all around me. Amusing bit this morn: we decided to b-fast out at the trad'l spot (Urth Cafe) then looked for my car keys - d'oh! Luckily I had a spare car in the garage.
