mlerulesFiguring stuff out: when to let things go and not let 'em bug/bother me. I can do it...but it ain't always easy. Hoping (thinking/seeming like) it gets easier as I gain experience and engage in more practice. Took mere minutes this last time. Getting better/easier. Repeated processings help.
