Physical Movement
Mar. 31st, 2022 04:28 pmRealizing that I need to prioritize physical movement in my life. Hiked 3.5 miles yesterday, and 4 miles today. Feeling way too ouchy now. Will work on this.
Loving the onset of Spring lots this year. Felt thrilled when the daffodils began, and shortly thereafter when the cherry and plum trees began blooming. Saw more of those and various wildflowers while hiking along the Wildwood Trail today, along with trillium galore and lots more. Saw lots of wildflowers yesterday up the Columbia Gorge, too.
