What a good day! Got lots done. Am ready for a good weekend. Have ideas/partial plan for new stuff next week. Quite pleased.

Mind the Gap / Musings on Time

I've only spent <24 hours in WA (6+ hours of which was driving) over the course of the past 28 weeks (gap before: about 12 weeks / just over 16 weeks since). Wow. It's been OVER FIVE (5) YEARS since I've spent such a huge chunk o' time outta WA!

I've lived here for nearly five (5) years now. Spring Equinox marks the anniversary of my moving to the PacNW. (Well, my stuff actually arrived at the Hive a bit earlier, but my first full day here w/all my stuff and the kittenheads was 03/21/07.) The Hive's already the 2nd longest place I've lived anywhere in my entire life; that's 10% of my life. WOW.

(If'n you didn't already know, I do indeed ground in time ;-)

Okay, it's time to declare a new life goal and/or motto. They're cumulative, so I shan't discard my search for BAPAMAP. Yet I'm feeling a need and a desire for something else now, something new, something more - involving healing, and assertions of independence, and home, and putting down roots HERE, and expanding LOCAL social networks aka friendships. Something about Being Happy At Home. Or Being Happy Here (b'c then it applies wherever I happen to be...'cept part of the point is to focus more on being here...and now). Hmm. Will let this marinate some and come back to it...

Today's burst o' energy has been marvelous. Hoping for continued muchness along these lines!
