mlerules: (Brain)
Feeling low 'n' done w/the day, I crawled into bed while 'twas still light out early evening yesterday. The same dream sequence plagued me throughout the night: I kept sending 3 people somewhere where they ended up in a train wreck (I may have even sent the train there to collide w/their train). Eventually, however, in the wee hours of this morning, I worked it so 'twas happy endings all around. Not only did all 3 of these people (I know 'em - or at least felt I did/do - but cannot quite place who they are) make the train, but there was no crash, and infertility was overcome, and good sex was had, and a happy healthy baby was born, and we were first onto the ferry, and other good stuff happened. The overall sense of the dream had shifted from inevitable doom (for which I was to blame) to overall happiness and goodness (which I had a huge part in making so). So, huzzah for figuring out how to manipulate what happened in an overall sense, even if'n the mechanics were not so much frame-by-frame under my control.

Feeling far better today than yesterday. Will now be able to get some of my sh!t done. Phew!

The former ain't the same as the latter. Lip Service ain't enough. Show me. Do it.

Prompted in part by reading these: 10 Realistic Rules for Good Non-Monogamous R-ships.

Luckily (? ;-) I've got lots of previous ones to listen to for research, including the tapes I made when K-ling & I split up, the one my ex-hubby put together after our marriage ended, and a set made by another ex- when we parted company a quarter-century ago. It's interesting seeing the shift in my choice of songs from 11 years ago. Different circumstances dictate different choices of themes.

It amuses me that this is my first CD of ENDING music, the others all being on cassette. Another sign that I'm often a late adopter of tech stuff. Hmm, I did compile a R-ship Life Cycle CD in 11/06 (further good research), but that wasn't in response to anything in particular (at least not that I can remember).
