Gingery Goodness & Full-Body Workout

delerium3, we noticed a far higher than usual number of redheads. In retrospect, 'twas clearly foreshadowing of the impending descent (from WA) of skarlett and LJ-free? D, two cute sexy sassy smart l'il ginger ninjas (experts at disguise aka costumes & make-up) who hit the Hive last night for a nice visit. Our hike was lovely for many reasons - cute hawt redheads being but part of the goodness. 'Twas a nice sunny day, not too crowded. We were creekside for much of the way. There's a cool old Stone House (WPA project from 1930s). There were giggles galore. Ye gawds it's so nice to get out and stretch my legs and enjoy Nature and its gloriousness. Afterward, we continued the workout at the Petting Zoo, this time w/more upper-body focus. We gardened seriously - eventually joined by P-Zoo-roasters (sp??)katrina_lynne, edwardmartiniii, and gcuvier), shifting the 4-yard pile o' soil from the front sidewalk to the veggie beds in the far corner of the Petting Zoo backyard and also getting in some good weeding along the way. Eventually we finished - we all rocked hard - and enjoyed dinner goodness prepared by katrina_lynne.
After that,delerium3 & I repaired to the Hive for good times w/Ginger Ninjas (supplemented by ferociousbcycad & poeticlioness)...continued this morning at breakfast and this afternoon. Now I'm toast. I've opted outta this evening's plans in favor of staying home to gel 'n' mellow for a bit while the Ginger Ninjas continue their taking of PDX by storm.
