Staying Local

Increased local connections yesterday w/a nearly 2-hour b-fast at Petite Provence w/LJ-less D & A (after showing up at 24-hour Hot Cake House and finding it closed for "minor renovations"). The Universe then conspired to keep me from Sock Dreams by showing me some great bits of industrial PDX (all in SE). I really like it here. People make stuff. People do things. It's not just thinking - although this occurs as well - it's hands-on making and creating and fixing.

Heading back to Forest Park for more ATC miles today, I think w/delerium3. It's another lovely day out (even though 'twas frosty and 34 degrees out when I got up)!
