I Love Theatre!
Dec. 7th, 2005 02:25 pmEspecially mega-silly live parody w/great musical numbers. Hence, I thoroughly enjoyed last night's L'il Drummer Bowie put on by the incomparable Troubadour Theater Company. Go! If you missed their last one (Hamlet: The Artist Formerly Known As PRINCE of Denmark), it's returning to the Falcon Theatre next month - check it out! You will laugh, you will cry, you may pee your pants. http://www.falcontheatre.com/ Post-show we hit the closest diner: the original Bob's Big Boy. Never had the fudgy ice cream choco cake thingie (it's got some fancy schmancy name) before. Even after a full meal, we demolished it in record time: YUM!
Next up: Big Bear for crisp cold days (upper 40s) & nights (teens). Huzzah for spending time in the jacuzzi, making and sitting in front of fires, walkies, reading, cooking & eating, making & drinking glogg, catching up, and generally relaxing heavily before the holidaze hit in earnest.
Thank DOG the Britney Spears song I woke up with stuck in my head has stopped.
