Lunch?

I'm heading out Burbank way today for the final IKEA curtain rod & oops blinds exchange & pointy finnial purchase. Anybody up for lunch somewhere out yonder or between here & there? Gotta go shower then I'll head out in a bit...

More Gushing

Gush gush gush: gorgeous day, no traffic (best to time all SoCal driving 'tween the hours of 10am-2pm), yummy pulled pork sandwich and fresh squoze lemonade at Pecos Bill's BBQ shack in Glendale. Now I have a full set of matching blindds. Got the last one up and all cord thingies attached to the wall, too. Procured pointy finials but won't put 'em on yet as there's still the curtains to wash, press & hem. Hemming & hawing on when this'll happen. Haw haw haw. ;-P

And, in the what was lost but is now found department, my vol. 3 of The Music of Disney: A Legacy Of Song which I'd lent a friend way back when has been located and will be getting back to me soon - yay! It's been several years since I've seen/listened to it and I'd nearly given it up as gone for good, so this pleases me greatly. Otherwise, all continues extremely well and good and fab and otherwise superlatively.
