nice drives up and back, too. the wee hours work well as it's not crowded at all.

Dozed in Comfort Inn bed whilst they played badminton around me (yes, INSIDE the hotel room). Much giggling and moving of furniture when the birdie flew behind the TV/dresser and made a nest in the wires. Hit Hamburger Mary's in Hillcrest for drinks & chow w/Danno in afternoon. Merged groups (to good effect) for din-din: Faire/Rocky/CommieCon/WoW mixed w/Coast Guard and us (buffer).

Must go forage and prep for Blues this evening at the Bowl...
