On Happiness

How I feel's pretty clear, but not so the words to describe it. Not sure which is the chicken and which is the egg. Happiness as a symptom of not worrying/lack of concern (H stemming from no worries) or not worrying/no concerns as indicative of the state of happiness. Am I happy b'c I'm not worried or do I say I'm happy b'c I'm not worrying? Hardly matters! No "shoulds" helps matters tremendously. No visions of how things outta be. 'Nuff writing...onto living!

I don't know either, but I think that doing whatever one recognizes as essential to maintaining one perpetuates the other...
