SO much better now - thank goodness! Meanwhile: one benefit of helping various folks vacate various kitchens over the past few years is that I find myself in possession of various sacks of spices, as folks've either left them as they moved 'cross country or in one case died w/the remaining spouse (singular spice now) not doing the sort of cooking that requires nearly as much spice-ness. So, I managed to clear out a bit of one of the scary-messy spots in my place while also crossing several ingrediants off today's To Do/Buy list! Still dunno where I'm gonna store/keep these extra spices though.
