A Fine Day

mlerulesToday (a Monday) felt like a Sunday. Traffic caused no trouble. Music flowed nicely on the way there and back again. I had the honor of officiating the wedding of two friends I've not seen for several years but remain close to regardless. Bonus bald eagle flying over the house after the ceremony with the nearby Columbia River in the background. Got to hear fambily stories that some in the fambily hadn't ever heard before. I love this kind of connection. Minor bureaucratic snag got resolved easily and'll provide a little anecdote for future retellings of tales. Saw the weekday Halloweentown site. Saw some Fall colors. Now listening to music and looking at photos and sinking into a delightful reverie of memory and soaring/deepening emotions. Feeling good about my life right now.
