Mother's Day

Yeah, I wanted to have kids, but not on my own, and the timing didn't work out for me. (I was offered the opportunity to surrogate and co-raise at some point, but would've been stuck in SoCal for another 18 years, so opted not to do that.) At some point, over 20 years ago, I decided one way to cope (since I had the luxury of doing so) was to live my life in such a way that I wouldn't be able to if'n I were to be a Mom. Hence spontaneous travel, &c. Given how the world is these days, I guess I'm just as glad I didn't...

I still wish a Happy Mother's Day to those who celebrate. And now, I'm going Coastal for a ChuggaChuggaChooChoo session!
