Stopped

I will NOT play lame-@ss headgames w/myself. Will just let things be as they are, even if I don't know how/what they are. Will NOT extrapolate possibilities or try to figure out what (if anything) I said or did wrong (or failed to do). Not farking worth it! Off to lunch now...

EDIT: And one of the main reasons to stop is simply this: I AM NOT A DELICATE FLOWER AND I'M NOT ASSOCIATING WITH DELICATE FLOWERS. Life's SO much easier this way. And more satisfying. And less complicated.

ya know, I've been doing a little bit of that myself lately. It's hard to stop. Its just pick pick pick at the sore spot. But if I keep telling myself to stop, I think eventually I'll listen.
