Scheduling Issues

Tu - that's TODAY (!): stuff & things. Wed: nothing scheduled. Th: din-din and Trappist ales (good Belgian beers). Fri: free.
Sat will prolly involve a day trip to San Diego followed by a party 'til the wee hours back up here. Will I then be up for a dash (flying, NOT driving) to the Bay Area from Sun (9/11) 'til Wed/Th (14th/15th)? Am I insane to even consider the Th (9/15) - Sat morn (9/17) Yosemite trip? (It'd be driving and hiking and then more driving. Even if'n I could catch a ride to Yosemite from the Bay Area, how would I get back to LA on Sat?) 'Cause Sat night's the MykieDave thingie which I'm gonna attend. And Sunday my Dear Friend's having the 2nd poetry reading, this time in SLO, a mere 4 hours away. Then Wed (9/21) = the Eagles @ Staples and Fri (9/23) = D&D Day (Dentristy & D-land) and Sat (9/24) = Arabian Nights and Sun (9/25) = Dead Can Dance @ H'wood Bowl.
THEN I collapse in a heap for several daze 'til Gay Day @ D-land followed by Neil Diamond @ Staples possibly closely (hours apart) followed by a trip through the desert to Sin City/Lost Wages and fairly immediatly thereafter NoCalFaire (w/more Carmel and SC).
I HAVE done the drive many hours from Yosemite to Berkeley followed by dinner & dancing 'til late and driving another hour to SJ before finally sleeping. And I just did the drive from SM to Carmel via an eve of dancing 'til late in Santa Cruz...AND a drive from Carmel to SM immediately followed by an eve at the H'wood Bowl. But there were two of us driving for the last adventure set.
There's SO much to do. There're SO many folks to see. There're only so many hours in the day. I'm getting exhausted just considering all this. But if I can do it all, then shouldn't I?
EDIT: How accurate is my memory/anticipation of exhaustion & recovery levels/requirements?
