Mini-Epiphanies Whilst Tidying Up

mlerulesApparently it's quite possible for part of me (heart/soul?) to know/be aware of something even when I'm not consciously aware of it. ...
Del Amitri has made some of the best heartbreak music. Wanting to rename/spell it as heartbrake music, 'cept it's notoriously hard to stop from falling once begun. Heh, actually, I've been working on it. Not sure whether it's a matter of pulling myself up once I start falling or of filtering/erecting walls so I don't (let myself) experience the feelings/sensations as pain/too negatively. Perhaps it's more working on being in the moment, of just (! ;-) staying Here and Now.
Getting ready now though to remove s'more of the gauze from my heart, to (re)open the windows to my soul/self. To what end? Well, to let folks in s'more. To what end? To encourage/increase intimacy, possibilities of trust, connectivity, all that jazz...
About to head outta town for a while, hitting desert, coast, hot springs, Bay Area for fambily & friends, more coast, and possibly (but getting less and less likely) SoCal. Looking forward to much thinkie-thoughting, 'specially 'bout the future and what it holds and what I'm gonna do w/myself next.
