Going Coastal

Rollin' Rollin' Rollin' / Keep them doggies rollin'...

Got the ball rolling today (Big Push). Had lunch w/jaylake & LC, then decided to go coastal. Heeding jaylake's sage advice, I visited Ecola State Park - both the viewpoint and Indian Beach. 'Twas superbly lovely and just what the doctor ordered. Roamed around some, sat and watched the surf crash for a spell, admired a lone surfer's tenacity, saw a bald eagle at sunset, had a fine time. Once 'twas dark, I grabbed a bite to eat, then headed home again. Now I get to sleep in my own bed and continue w/good zoominess o'morrow.

So glad you made it there. Remind me to tell you about the time out there I saw three bald eagles while a bagpiper skirled his pipes on the bluff. It was like being in one of those America-the-beautiful videos.
