A Fine Portland Day

mlerulesTook care of lotsa things 'n' stuff around the Hive in the morning/early afternoon, primarily dishes & baking banana bread & mowing the lawn & quelling weeds. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
delerium3 came over after work for a nice hike in Forest Park ATC #3 aka March of the Centipedes, followed by a mellow visit to the Lan Su Chinese Gardens where we enjoyed a stroll and tea 'n snackerals sitting along side Zither Lake. (A very few pics exist behind links above - and more below.)
Zooming home for shower 'n' changing into clean clothes, I bused over to clarklewis (hooking up w/J&T along the way). Mmmmmm yumbo chow 'n' vino! Afterwards, we went walkies along the Willamette waterfront, taking in fine views of downtown Portland and various bridges and enjoying a fine summer's evening.
'Twas a long, very satisfying, quite pleasant day.
