Battling Bubbles

or just letting 'em up 'n' out... 9+ months later, and I still find myself at times (like this morning) tearful and wondering WTF?! Did something happen (or not) to trigger this? Thinking perhaps so. Have an inkling in fact of what. Not so sure though what to DO 'bout it, or what exactly IT is. Acceptance seems required, and wise, and healthy. Gonna listen to Barry Manilow now. It's just one of those days... ;-P

Yes, music heals. As does time.

EDIT: Feeling far better now. LJ posts are at times just snapshots of a particular bubble bursting moment.

Music does heal. It's been years, 5 years for me, and I still get bouts of the whys. Hugs to you and turn it up to 11!
