Musings on 9/11/12

Yes. It's only 2 days after my 49-1/2 b-day and I'm already thinking ahead that far. It's how I generally roll. Thinking of waiting and celebrating my 50th in another couple of years, much as I waited and celebrated by 40th a couple weeks away from my 42nd. Wow. THAT was a lot of fun. I put together a group outing to the Hollywood Bowl for Bugs Bunny on Broadway (cartoons on big screen under the stars w/orchestra playing the music) complete w/my fave sour cream frosting-topped spice cupcakes, fresh strawberries dipped in sour cream then brown sugar, and a half-dozen bottles of Veuve Clicquot (which pleased all of us, even those who claimed not to like champagne ;-)
