Hopefully, that's horrifying in the sense of "yay, things don't have to be like that anymore", rather than air-out-of-tires depressing, because this moment in time is a glimmer of hope. This bankruptcy is not the best thing to happen, but if fellow survivors use it as a moment to come out and heal, there is hope that the act of going bankrupt will bring much needed disinfecting light to a very dark place.
