Skateboarding Dog

Yesterday's ramble up Mt Tabor Park was quite nice. We saw a dog riding a skateboard and enjoyed nice views and a lovely sunny day. Ended up at Sapphire Hotel for happy hour snackies. Clickie for Pickies.

O'morrow I'm off to points Northward (CopperMoon) for another good weekend. ToDo's include: making & consuming lots of numbly SOUP (Glorious Soup!), wandering Pike's Place Mkt, dancing, good music Bone Poets Orchestra @ Soul Food in Redmond), &c.

Next up: Pagan Jug Band @ Clinton Corners (6:30-8:30pm) this evening.

I'm sorry I'm missing you tonight! I'm still in a bit of a funk and am reverting to my introverted coping mechanisms. I promise I meant it when I said I'd be back! It'll just be a couple of weeks now.

I'll actually be out of town for the next few weeks, starting Saturday. Part of my defunkifying tonight has been trying to be productive with the list of things I need to take care of before I leave. Getting things done sometimes helps with defunkifying. It's sort of helping tonight. (I've crossed a thing or two off the list, but it's also a little intimidating, because before I crossed things off, I consolidated everything into one list. Which also needed to be done, but--Oof, it's a longer list than I like.) :)

Steady progress already today on paring down the list - I think it'll be pretty manageable. I'm off to Ohio to hang out with a 7-year-old friend of mine (and his parents) for a few weeks until his baby sibling is born. Much excitement! :)
