Another Gorgeous Sunrise

mlerulesToday's pinks're more peach-y than yesterday's fuchsia infusion. I shall remember this morning's and yesterday's as part of my Visual Soundtrack of Fall 2009.
Mind-ful of many things. No, actually, my emotions're swirling but my mind's only vaguely involved. Rather than spinning, I choose to act. Chucking the What If's in favor of What Is. Heh, not that figuring out the latter's particularly simple or easy to do, but it helps by asking rather than merely assuming.
So, yesterday I became a full-fledged resident of the PacNW. 'Twas warm and sunny enough in the afternoon to wear shorts, yet just cool enough that I wore socks w/my sandals. *sprays mace in the face of the fashion police*
Amazing what a good night's sleep'll do. And positive moods/good feelings tend to spiral...soundtrack shifts to Up Up & Away, In My Beautiful Balloon...and mind-tracks shift to recent memories of airplane views - I LURV being up high and looking down (hiking up, taking elevators up in big cities - or small ones, flying). If'n IMAX ever shows another Earth From Space show, I'm THERE!

wildwoosi & lightfoote, then driving back down o'morrow w/the latter for a Hive date.
Noting a shift in plans: since LJ-less L's busy w/the house o' boxes in PHX, Plan B's gone into effect (thank goodness I arranged for this possibility way back when as airfares ain't necessarily as cheap last-minute). Rather than drive & camp up the CA & OR coasts after the b-day w'end featuring Carmel Highlands, RenFaire, Solano Stroll, and various celebrations w/fambily, there'll be a side-trip (flight) back to the Hive then a shorter camping trip more locally (OR), followed by we3 celebrating their 1st HandFasting Anniversary w'end in Breitenbush. This means,dwights, that lightfoote & I WILL be in town the eve of Th, 9/17/09)...
