Great day: Nature w/waterfall, lovely views, Fall foliage, giggling. delerium3 and I hiked much of the Angels Rest Trail (out Columbia River Gorge way). We'll finish it another day. Clickie for Pickies

Then we went to Edgefield for dinner followed by the music of the Brothers of the Baladi. Joining us for chow 'n' cider 'n' tunes 'n' laughter were ferociousbcycad, meme_morgan & james_watts. Grand fun! Must pack now, then sleep.

It's been really nice being home for the past week and a bit. Off again on various adventures starting o'morrow:

Th, 10/16/08: drive Northward, pick up vismaya_viewer to carpool to CopperMoon, then drive Southward for Super Secret Squirrel outing w/lightfoote and wildwoosi for the latter's b-day (yeah, 'twas last June, but it's a long b-day season!)

Fri, 10/17/08: B-day outing cont'd

Sat, 10/18/08: return to CopperMoon, dine w/Vorpal Bunnies C&M

Sun, 10/19/08: take it easy, go see siouxiequeue's art show at Soul Foods

Mon, 10/20/08: b-fast w/shysatyr in Everett (thx for the ride!), Amtrak to Hive, pack for next jaunt

Tu, 10/21/08: head Southward towards Bay Area w/LJ-free L

Wed, 10/22/08: arrive and hang out in Bay Area, visit and stay w/'rents or step-sis or someone...

Th, 10/23/08: fly to SEA, drive to Astoria w/lightfoote

Fri, 10/24/08: hang out in Astoria w/lightfoote

Sat, 10/25/08: drive to Vorpal Bunnies for pumpkin carving and drumming, sleep somewhere (return to Hive?)

Sun, 10/26/08: return to Hive (if not already there), curl up into a ball and hibernate

Mon, 10/27/08: relax/recover

Tu, 10/28/08: relax/recover

Wed, 10/29/08: Wacky Wednesday feature cider tasting, pumpkin carving, and hopefully a wake for Mother's Cookies (assuming we can find a big bag of frosted animal cookies - today's attempts netted nada but frustration but we haven't given up hope yet)

Th, 10/30/08: prep Hive for houseguests, mebbe head Northward to caravan back to Hive w/CopperMoon Crew (aka lightfoote and wildwoosi)

Fri, 10/31/08: do something (what?!) for H'ween/Samhain, hopefully w/CopperMoon Crew (unclear)

Sat, 11/01/08: do something w/CopperMoon Crew & Sidhehaven (who're visiting for w'end)

Sun, 11/02/08: hang out then hit Dante's in eve for Sinferno featuring The Wet Spots

Th, 11/06/08: flying Toad Rip to Ft Bragg via San Jose w/CopperMoon Crew

Wed, 11/12/08: return to Hive

Th, 11/20/08: fly to SoCal for 5 days...
