mlerulesAt rush hour, is it better to travel from the airport (PDX) to Salem via hwy 5 or hwy 205? I know both will suck mightily, but wonder which'll suck less. Also, how early or late must one travel for it to make an appreciable difference (in other words, how can I avoid rush hour altogether)?
