Good things happen in threes. I've been up to Seattle three times in one week before. Now I've helped three different people move in one week.

Next up: sleep. Then travel, then cross-dressing karaoke in celebration of [livejournal.com profile] lightfoote's b-day, then more travel, then packing for travel, then traveling to WA, then traveling to Zion Nat'l Parkw/[livejournal.com profile] lightfoote for several days of fab-ness, then traveling back to WA, then traveling back home for seven (7) whole sleeps! Then off again. Turns out I'm busy every w'end in April, although one of 'em'll actually be in Portland (GASP!). It looks like I'll spend 15 of the 30 days of April at home (in or about Portland anyway, likely not all AT home).

See you Saturday. I have park envy, Zion is one I want to go to but haven't yet.

Zion is amazing. If you can do Angel's Rest, do it. I still have yet to do the Narrows (to high of water flow when I was there), but it is on my list... Wave at all the polygamists as you drive through Colorado City, AZ!

Zion? How wonderful. I love the Utah desert.

Angel's Rest is at the top of my Zion list. Fingers crossed it's not icy though, 'cause falling & dying is NOT on the ToDo list...

Prolly too cold 'n' wet for the Narrows this time.

I'm quite excited, as I've been trying to return for more time after a quick drive-by/through about 20 years ago.

Yeah, ice up there would be bad... just glanced at current conditions and the days are well above freezing, so ice doesn't seem too likely, though the nights are below freezing. Hopefully just not enough rain to catch you out, though perhaps planning a late morning rather than an early morning assault on the summit would also help. Don't forget your headlamp in case you start out later than you'd meant to, dark falls quick out there.

Finding my headlamp's indeed on my ToDo/Packing list. It's SOMEWHERE in my car...I'm SURE of it!

Oh, I'll be at the March Fourth show o'morrow eve w/[livejournal.com profile] delerium3. Dunno whether we'll trek out to your place first (lots of driving 'round) or just meet you folks in line/at the show, but'll know more when I talk w/her 'bout it.

Woohoo! Cool! We're planning on trying to be there close to 7ish. Admittedly the music doesn't start till 8, but I know so many people going, I figure we'll have a great party just hanging out and talking. A lot of the folks from dance are planning on being there.

If you do plan on trying to hit our place first, give me a call if you're running behind so we can expect/coordinate with you. We don't really need to leave here much before 6:40. Figure we'll try and eat 5:30 so we've got at least a little time to not have to rush through dinner.
