Had a fun time helping initiate edwardmartiniii into the mysteries of being 42 lasst night. It'd been years - heck, DECADES - since I'd played a stand-up console videogame. Managed to rank 8th and get my initials up on the machine last night. (Yeah, who knows how often they clear the top ten list...it still shocked me, quite pleasantly, mind you! The noise's still ringing in my head.) Also finally played Munchkin Cthulhu - thx goes to delerium3 for adding me to the quorum. Took off for the party feeling not particularly social. Hung out mostly w/kids, which worked out well. Left earlier than I prolly otherwise would have due to massive exhaustion, then ended up unable to sleep for hours anyway. And now, adventures/insanity beckons... Guess my record of nine (9) straight days at home will have to suffice for the nonce. ;-)
