Walking on eggshells here. Eggshells of the psyche. Danger is not that I'm gonna break, but that I'm gonna break something. On edge. On the verge. Gots to get good stuff done (stuff crap into boxes) so I don't do bad stuff (start chucking stuff into the street/dumpster). (Not that that'd necessarily be that bad.) Need to buy an Aero/Minute bed (Queen). Need to empty the waterbed and get rid o' it. Lists emerging of What's Left...

Okay, update - I'm bailing on din-din at The Field in S.D. tonight and also on o'morrow night's rum-tasting. Sorry folks, but I cannot spare the time/energy and'll feel edgy and jittery and poundy if'n I try. Instead, I'm gonna ask hiddentass to help me w/emptying the waterbed, excavating whatever's beneath it, de-earthquaking all media shelves, &c.

Goal: have movers over on M, 3/12/07 to take nearly all of the stuff (not kittenheads or their accoutrement). Then I'll fly up on W, 3/14 to get keys and oversee the unloading on Th, 3/15 or Fri, 3/16, flying back either late Fri, 3/16 or early Sat, 3/17. Then I'll drive up w/kittenheads and whatever else on approx M, 3/19. Might leave some stuff chez AJ to take up whenever I'm next down here w/my car (Mom's day w'end? The following w'end? 1st w'end in June? Summer Solstice w'end?)

And now: make a couple quick phone calls then put on blast-y music and get back at it...

I can't imagine trying to move again. All the crap... But if I get the job in Scotts Valley I will be doing exactly that, moving to the one place I have always wanted to live and never have.

I have two blow up beds... dunno what size as they were given to me. I've never blown 'em up, either... but you're welcome to them if you need them.

Thx, but I just picked up the Q Aero this aft. I'll serve both as my bed for the next couple weeks as well as extra guest sleep-space up in PDX.
