Just chatted w/the landlord. They sold the place last night. 30 day escrow. Thank GOODNESS my move's already scheduled so I needn't scramble (more than I'm already doing). Yep, the signs be massively clear: PDX, HO!

Boggle. Wow God/dog/random dietity/higher power/elected official really is driving the point home. You wanted a sign? Now you've got at least 2. I expect mysterious blinking arrows pointing north on the 5 to show up any day :-) Congradulations on listening to the first one so the second didn't hit you between the eyes.
