mlerulesI'll now admit to having the teensiest bit of concern 'bout my rental house in Portland, OR (PDX) 'cause the landladies're buying another house to move into and escrow on it hadn't closed when I signed the Lease Agmt. But I just got a phone msg and the new house is now theirs and they're already beginning to move in so all's well and fine 'n' dandy and my last l'il worry's all gone.
