mlerulesInjustice: Star Wars losing out to Annie Hall in the Oscar race. I heart my fambily so much: great conversations about books, ideas, people, places, things...Sasquatch...blort...cannot even put it all into words...had a fab eve.

delerium3 at Shoop's Deli 'cause Urth Cafe was too crowded, driving to Burbank airport, leaving plenty of time, finding my flight cancelled, running into step-aunt & uncle and cuzs who were supposed to be on the same cancelled flight (did I mention the serial killer discussions...the murderer what killed the priest in the confessional...prison shanks...fascinating conversations from Sat night party #1), ending up flying into San Jose w/my bro and taxi'ing to Mom's and hanging w/her then driving up to Berkeley...hitting Arinell's for pizza after Pegasus Books...a great din-din (leg o' lamb and choco cake w/raspberry jam filling). I do so like my fambily, extended and all, huge and varied and Small Worlded and all.
Starting to make plans for the future: CarHenge in TX, more time on Cape Breton, Nova Scotia next summer, sailing 'round in Canada and down to Maine....
Life: she does not suck...or if so, only in the most delightful of ways...
Flying back o'morrow...and the week continues full of wonderfulnesns...with daze free for takin' care o' bizness and stuff. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
