The store in Portland with the name I cannot remember that's got all the great hanging paper star lamps is located on the North side of SE Hawthorne Blvd just East of SE 37th Ave. It's across the street from Bagdad Theatre & Pub (http://www.nwbrewpage.com/McBagdad.html) and down the street (ish) from Greater Trumps (http://www.mcmenamins.com/index.php?loc=17), both of which tom_o_bedlam kindly turned us onto when delerium3 and I visited Portland a month or so ago. Good luck finding just the one you want/need!
