'Mazing how much better - and fab - feeling good makes on one's outlook on life. Health is nearly back to normal (still a bit on the low-energy side, what w/the on-going sleep dep and all). The morn's doc appt went quite well: I'm off the BP meds, as it's registering better and I've lost 9 lbs in the past 2.5 weeks (w/40 more to go, sigh), and we went over the entire panoply of recent test results and I'm as clean as a whistle/drum/something's that's super-duper squeaky-clean. Then proceeded to bounce down to Lakewood to pick up lent RenFaire garb so I've got a fine selection for this Sunday's excursion to Norco/Crossroads/Koronenborg (sp). Now: prolly gonna crash, then go bake another batch of butterscotch brownies, and then...who knows?!
