Success: OR Real Estate Broker's License Exam

I studied for it, took it, and passed it! Zip-Zoomed right through it. Managed to finish within 45 minutes what they gave me 3.25 hours to complete. Now to figure out where best to start my career, as my license actually gets issued once I'm affiliated with a supervising Principal Broker. Then I'm ready to work on commission to buy and sell your and your friends houses. Wheeeeeee!

The 'rents're due in this afternoon for a week-and-a-half visit. The dining room table looks like a wrapping factory exploded. At least I got all my gifts in the mail yesterday for easy arrival by 12/24. Phew!

And now, to clean, tidy, and buy a big bird...
