A Decent Day

Knocked some long-term ToDo items off the list today, which felt oh-so-good. Almost bailed on going out this evening, but'm glad I went. Got to meet new folks, hang out at a new place, and celebrate w/the b-day boy (yay happy-butt dance ;-)

Stormy weather's on tap for the next several days. G'bye sunshine 'n' warm days outside. Hallo pots of hot tea, long hot bubbly baths, warm fuzzy hats 'n' scarves, long-sleeved shirts, cute boots, multiple comforters on the bed, outside excursions w/rain-gear on/handy, hot soups 'n' stews, mulled wine, &c. Ah, not so bad at all, actually.
