hollyteige is Amtraking home after spending several nice days here at the Hive. 'Twas marvie, as always, chatting and hanging out w/her. Now I'm making my way through the Getting Ready for [CAUTION: MUSIC STARTS WHEN YOU CLICKIE THROUGH TO LINK]Faerieworlds process. Not so hard this time, as it's my 6th year in a row attending.

Starting to bounce in anticipation of getting to see 'n' spend time w/some of my fave folks and Dear Friends and hear great music and explore more of Oregon. Whee!

Compilations

I've gotten into the habit of making compilations for people who interest me. Some're revelatory. Some're provocative. Sometimes, though, I'll include a song that doesn't necessarily "mean" anything in particular, although it certainly can...and may. And I ain't always clearly saying which 'tis...b'c it's not always clear to me either.

So I've just tossed one together for someone. And I'm torn 'tween leaving track 2 as it is or replacing it w/something not quite so...incredibly provocative. Because REALLY. I mean, c'mon! Have I completely and utterly lost my sense? No. And so it goes.
