Jan. 28th, 2007 10:41 amThe ice crystals on the car windows in the early morning (before the sunlight melts the frost) are freakin' amazingly pretty. Didn't get back out to take a picture, 'cause I was helping (okay, mostly merely getting instruction in so I can do it myself sometime) feed and water the chickens and bunny. One of the things I LOVE 'bout it up here is that you'll be toodling along and all of a sudden you'll round a bend and off in the distance you see this huge snow-topped mountain (Mt Rainier here in WA, Mt Hood down in OR) or a series of jagged ones (West of Seattle - the Olympias/Olympics...can't remember). Okay, now must go help continuing get ready for today's potluck and tonight's house concert which'll be grand fun!
Okay, one final note: I'm bringing home a brick of Tillamook Pepper Jack cheese and I'm gonna be making awesome spicy cheese enchiladas SOON.
